I will verbally guide you through a series of carefully designed movement variations that are built around everyday actions and give you a deep insight into how your body wants and can move.
By observing and feeling yourself from within, you will learn how all the cells in your bones, joints, muscles, fascia, organs, and skin work together and give your nervous system information about your relationship with your environment, your (un)conscious thoughts and emotions and your inner knowing. On the basis of this information, the nervous system makes a plan of action.
Understanding and becoming aware of unconscious habits are the entrance to changing these deep patterns where they lock us down, create tension, fear or pain. These lessons help you to create more possibilities in moving, supporting and carrying yourself, thinking and dealing with yourself in this uncertain period. Our breathing is a clear entrance to this.
